Our policy lasts 30 days (from delivery) for select retail items, unless custom printed. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. **Any FREE PLUS SHIPPING (Free Offers and Giveaway) items on our site do not qualify for refunds unless received damaged or broken. Proof with an image must be submitted to our Customer Support for verification before a refund is issued.**

* Custom Printed Items No-Refund Policy: Because these products are custom designed and custom printed on demand, the custom printed items in section (A) below are non-refundable and are not eligible for return or exchange in the rare event that you are not happy with your item. Our items all vary per print, as they are custom and we do not keep them in stock.
Section A Custom Printed: All adult and baby clothing, including T-shirts, Tank Tops, Hoodies, Onesies, Bibs, Leggings, Dresses, Skirts, Shorts, Kimonos, Scarves, and Socks. All adult and children’s footwear, including Sneakers, Running Shoes, Boots, and Slip-on Shoes. All adult and children’s headwear, including Baseball Caps, Beanies, Knitted Hats, and Headbands. All personal accessories, including Canvas Bags and Totes, PU Leather Handbags and Totes, Fabric Pouches and Cases, Phone Cases, and Yoga Mats. All home accessories, including Beach Towels, Blankets, Shower Curtains, Pillow Covers, Mouse Pads, Flags, Posters, Hangings/Tapestries, Canvas Prints, Wood Prints, Mugs, Steins, and Cutting Boards. All pet items, including Pet Bowls, Pet Beds, and Pet Clothing.
* Custom Printed Items Sizing No-Refund Policy: Because our products are custom designed and custom printed on demand, items with sizes are non-refundable and are not eligible for return or exchange in the rare event that you ordered the incorrect size or the product does not fit properly. To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided accurate size charts on each of our product pages for customer reference. This policy is especially applicable to items such as our custom printed shoes, leggings, and other clothing items.
* Customer Shipping Address Responsibility Policy: We understand that typos do happen from time to time (especially if you are shopping on your mobile phone). In the event that a customer enters the wrong shipping information and a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the re-shipped to the new/correct shipping address. Buddha Girls cannot accept responsibility for erroneous shipping information entered during customer checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before you submit your order. We want to make sure that your package arrives safe and sound.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, hygienic, or sanitary goods; hazardous materials; or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If your item is damaged, please send an image to Support@BuddhaGirls.com and we will take care of it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable number of days (this will vary according to your bank).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, except in special circumstances. You are welcome to send a request to us at Support@BuddhaGirls.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In some instances, we will gladly exchange for a different size (does not apply to custom printed products). If you need to exchange something you purchased for the same item, send us an email at Support@BuddhaGirls.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

To return your product, please contact Support@BuddhaGirls.com for shipping details. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
